The Owner.

My name is Tonje and I am 17 years old. (13.05.91) Lives in Norway, in a little town. And I hate it. I have 4 siblings. And I love animals. 3 dogs and six guinea pigs. I hate animal cruelty. I love my family and friends. I don't know what I would've done with out them. I've got an incredible support through my life. I can listen to everything when it comes to music. I like the fall and the winter better than the summer. Christmas is absolutely the best and the most cosy celebration. I sucks in english and I pormise that I will be better in it. Shine Effect

1. First you have to open your psp and find a picture. I'll will use this; [Picture]

2. Duplicate your baselayer. (Layers -> Duplicate)

3. Go to Adjust -> Brightness and Contrast -> Threshold. [Picture]

4. A new window will now appear, set it to 128. [Picture]

5. When you have done that go to Adjust -> Blur -> Guassian Blur.

6. A new window will appear, set it to 5.00. [Picture]

7. When you have done that, set the duplicated layer to soft light. And you are done!
